Legal and Debt Solutions Limited was established in 2005 by Glenn and Fiona Fisher who, between them, have 35 years experience dealing with consumer and corporate debt.   The firm is approved for Money Advice by the Scottish Government.

Glenn Fisher has worked for the Citizens' Advice Bureaux Service (CAB) for 20 years as a specialist debt adviser. He is a government approved money adviser administering the Scottish Executive's Debt Arrangement Scheme (DAS), and has been an auditer for the quality of advice given by Scottish CAB. He is experienced in debt adjustment, setting up Debt Arrangement Schemes, trust deeds and bankruptcies. He has dealt with some 5000 complex multiple debt cases, including personal debt, small business debt, and corporate recovery.  He has a degree in Accountancy and Finance.  He specialises in business debt.

Fiona Fisher has worked for the Citizens' Advice Bureaux Service for a period of 12 years.  She is experienced in debt adjustment, setting up trust deeds, and arranging bankruptcies.  She has dealt with approximately 1500 multiple debt cases, including personal debt, and small business debt.
