We always initially offer free advice, when you first contact us. We are entirely a private firm with no government subsidy.
It may be the case that we can not take your case on simply because you are unable to pay a fee.
If so we will direct you to the nearest Free At Point of Delivery agency.
Free Money Advice and assistance is generally available in each of the 32 Council Areas, subsidised by central and local government.

We would recommend you seek the services of these organistaions if you are in receipt of benefits, or if you query concerns consumer problems, benefits appeals, employment tribunals, and child support problems.
