Free Interview: we always give initial free advice - 30 -60 minutes, as required, with no obligation. You will receive detailed technical information personal to your case. You will be advised in your own interests, and not that of creditors.
Becoming a Client. Hopefully you will find the initial advice helpful and relieving. If we can not take your case on and you need further assistance, we will advise you of Free At The Point of Delivery agencies nearest to you. If we can take your case on, we will quote accurately for fees and outlays. We will generally offer instalment terms. We will not insist on a minimum obligatory period or tie-in; you are free to dispense with our services at any time.
Confidentiality and Data Protection: We deal with sensitive information and simply could not trade if we did not strictly preserve confidentiality. We will not speak to your creditors without your consent, and will always furnish you for your approval with draft correspondence before it is sent. Our Data Protection registration number is Z2875393. We will not disclose or sell your details to other agencies, unless you ask us to.
Complaints: We are obliged by the Financial Ombudsman Service to publish a complaints procedure: In the first instance, a complaint may be raised with the owner, Glenn Fisher, in any format; we will record and investigate the complaint, and respond within 5 working days. If we can not resolve the complaint, perhaps because we need information from other parties, we will advise accordingly. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Financial Ombudsman Service, whose details may be found at : www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk For complaints relating to the Debt Arrangement Scheme, Trust Deeds, and Bankruptcy, you may also complain to the Accountant in Bankruptcy, 1 Pennyburn Road, Kilwinning, KA13 6SA: www.aib.gov.uk
Money Laundering Regulations: When you become a client, or if we hold money for you or for a third party associated with you, we will require to record proof of identity and address (usually a driving license or passport).
Licensing: We are licensed by the Office of Fair Trading for debt counselling and debt adjustment, licence number 592677
